Clarecastle Day Care Centre is a centre for the elderly within a ten-mile radius of Clarecastle. Clients are collected on an appointed day and in a welcoming atmosphere, are offered access to a range of health care and social activities.  This community facility is up and running since 1999. The center has gone from strength to strength in recent years and one of it’s founder Mary Morrissey says it’s down to the care given by the community and the staff.
