The Faith Development group is a working group of the Parish Pastoral Council. Our role is to maintain and develop key areas of faith development and renewal within the Parish, which are inspired by Christ’s teaching and which proclaim the gospel values within our Christian community.
This will include faith formation, faith renewal, faith development, sacramental preparation, scripture & liturgy and evangelisation.

- Awareness of faith development courses/talks
- Children’s Holy Thursday liturgy 2011

- Family Mass at Christmas

- Altar Servers faith formation day

Our work in 2012-2013 includes:
- Bible Prayer Group for pre communion children
- 24 hour Eucharistic adoration in preparation for the Eucharistic Congress
- Liturgy for Expectant Parents
- Parish workshops
- Scripture courses
- Cluster events/liturgies
- Faith formation for all those involved in parish ministry
Other areas of faith development will be identified during the year.
